We had a wonderful experience at Le Sanglier Bleu. We had booked, noting we were headed to the Moulin Rouge for a show, and couldn’t have imagined a more perfect spot. The food was fresh, and perfectly balanced. The waitstaff were friendly and accommodating. If we come back to Paris one day, we’ll be sure to return! Thank you :)
the fog legs were so flavorful, the flank steak/frites and pork belly confit were top notch, the crème brûlée was so light and delicious and the service was first class - very memorable and highly recommended - thank you
