Dining at Le Sanglier Bleu was hands down the top culinary experience of our entire trip to Paris and Lyon! From start to finish, everything was absolute perfection. The flavors were incredible, and the presentation went far above and beyond all our expectations.
What truly set the evening apart, though, was the top-notch service. Our waiter was amazingly personable and went out of his way to make our night special. Before delivering dishes to other tables, he would actually stop by to show my wife, Carol, what the meals looked like so she could see them beyond just the verbal descriptions on the menu! What a delightful, thoughtful touch.
Outstanding food, unmatched hospitality, and an unforgettable atmosphere. We can't wait to return!
